Booking conditions
- Our house does not have the facilities which are needed to accommodate families with children under 12.
- Three nights’ minimum stay in High Season.
- Pets: well-behaved dogs are accepted, but they can’t be left alone in the bedrooms. Charge: 15 euros/night (VAT included).
- Reservation policy: A deposit of 30% of the whole stay charge is taken to guarantee the booking.
- Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be notified via e-mail to .
The 100% of the deposit will be refunded if written notice is sent until 15 days prior to the arrival date.
The deposit will not refunded if guests cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to the arrival date.
The total cost of the stay will be charged if guests cancel 6 days or less prior to the arrival date, they not appear or they leave the B&B before the check out date in the reservation. - Credit cards accepted ( Visa or Mastercard).
