Booking conditions
- Our house does not have the facilities which are needed to accommodate families with children under 12.
- The prices of High Season will be applied to one night stays during Low Season.
- Three nights’ minimum stay in High Season.
- Pets: well-behaved dogs are accepted, but they can’t be left alone in the bedrooms. Charge: 15 euros/night (VAT included).
- Reservation policy: A deposit of 30% of the whole stay charge is taken to guarantee the booking.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be notified via e-mail to .
The deposit will be refunded only if notice is given 15 days prior to the arrival date in the reservation. After this time the deposit won’t be paid back.
If check out is done before the date in the reservation the deposit corresponding to the remaining booked days will not be refunded. - Credit cards accepted ( Visa or Mastercard).
